Agreed services can be paid by card on our payment page. You choose the service, enter the amount agreed with our team and your billing details, and pay on a secure checkout processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

A refund or cancellation must be requested within 3 days of purchase, including purchases made through a financing or pay-later provider. After that the service is treated as delivered and accepted, and no refund is available. Details are in our Refund policy.

The Velnex name, logo, text and design of this website belong to Velnex Technologies unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Information you send through the enquiry form is handled as described in the privacy notice. Please do not submit confidential information until any requested non-disclosure agreement is in place.
